Are there available apartments to rent?

It depends on when you will be moving and apartment availability. If there is not an apartment available, we can place your name on an interested person call list.

Is rent based on income?

There are many affordable programs offered throughout our community. The Montclare Senior Residences is a part of the low-income Tax Credit program (LIHTC). Rents are lower than the median rent prices in the area. Applicants must income qualify. The Montclare Senior Residences does accept section 8 vouchers.

How much is the rent?

The rent may change at any time, it is best to call when you are ready to rent.

What are the qualifications?

The income qualifications may change also, please call.

How much is the security deposit?

$250.00

Do you accept pets?

Yes.

Is there is a pet deposit?

$300.00

What utilities are included in the rent?

Heat, water, sewer & trash.

How long is the lease term?

12 months.

Is there storage?

Yes, residents have a storage locker assigned to them.

May I have additional keys for my family?

One of the qualifying criteria for application approval is all applicants must pass a criminal background check. Once an applicant has been approved, the persons listed on the lease are given keys. We do not provide keys to anyone else that has not qualified and have a legal relationship on a lease.
